We are looking for a reliable and motivated Busser/Runner to join our team. In this crucial role, you will assist our servers and help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Your initiative and support will ensure that food and beverage operations run smoothly, making each guest’s experience memorable. Whether you're setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or replenishing supplies, your contributions will be essential in creating a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Servers: Support servers by delivering food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently to enhance the guest experience.

Dining Area Maintenance: Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables promptly and clean and reset tables for incoming guests.

Restocking Supplies: Regularly replenish and maintain the cleanliness of service stations and the dining area, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available, including china, glasses, coffee mugs, and silverware.

Support Kitchen Staff: Serve as a vital link between the Front of House and Back of House by delivering orders and assisting with food preparation when needed.

Surface Care: Maintain all counters and tables in a clean and polished condition, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Customer Assistance: Provide additional guest support by refilling water, clearing tables, and assisting servers as required.

Trays and Condiments: Assist with carrying trays, stocking service stations, and replenishing condiment supplies to ensure readiness for service.

Uphold Standards: Ensure dishes are presented according to restaurant standards before serving and adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols.

Physical Demands: Maintain a high level of physical activity by being on your feet, walking, and managing tasks that involve moving, lifting, and placing moderate-weight objects.

Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the restaurant operates seven days a week.
