Job Purpose:
You’re the first impression and the final farewell. As a host, you create a warm welcome, keep things running smoothly at the front door, and help guests start their experience off right.
What You’ll Do:

Greet every guest like they’re family and seat them with intention.

Manage reservations and waitlists, making sure both guests and servers are set up for success.

Stay aware of what’s happening in the restaurant—events, crowd flow, table turns, and special requests.

Keep up with the menu, specials, 86’d items, drinks, and anything else guests may ask about.

Know your floor plan like the back of your hand—seat numbers, capacity, setup, and more.

Share info about local happenings or attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Who You Are:

Friendly, professional, and quick on your feet.

Can communicate clearly in person and on the phone.

Organized and confident using a POS or reservation system.

Comfortable handling basic math for party counts, bills, or reservations.

Previous host or customer service experience a plus!
Physical Requirements:

On your feet the entire shift

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 20 lbs occasionally)

Talking with guests and answering phones throughout your shift
