Adore Bar & Cucina is a modern upscale Italian restaurant committed to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable dining experiences. We are looking for a polished, energetic, and service-oriented Host/Hostess who understands that hospitality begins the moment our guests walk through the door.
This role is more than greeting guests—you will be an essential part of our front-of-house team, helping ensure smooth service throughout the restaurant. During busy service, our hosts assist servers by resetting tables, refilling water when needed, communicating with the kitchen and management, and helping maintain the pace and flow of the dining room.
Responsibilities
● Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
● Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
● Seat guests while balancing server sections for smooth service.
● Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
● Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand.
● Communicate closely with managers, servers, bartenders, and the kitchen.
● Assist the front-of-house team during peak hours by resetting tables, delivering water, assisting with guest needs, and supporting servers as needed.
● Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room.
● Ensure every guest receives an exceptional first and last impression.
Qualifications
● Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
● Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
● Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
● Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong multitasking and teamwork skills.
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
