Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
- Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE is mandatory. Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings
- Must be available for some Fridays & Saturdays
- Strong knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Familiarity with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Prior experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
