Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Representative
- Assist management in planning and executing community outreach initiatives for Verizon within residential communities
- Entry Level Account Representatives support sales efforts and daily operations across assigned residential communitiesDeliver exceptional customer service, ensuring residents have a positive experience with Verizon
- Build and maintain strong relationships within residential communities to drive engagement and retention
- Entry Level Account Representatives help train and coach team members on sales techniques and customer service best practices
Qualifications to become an Entry Level Account Representative
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- Strong interest in sales and providing excellent customer service
- Full-time availability to work
