Key Responsibilities
- The Marketing Director will architect and execute the global marketing framework to accelerate pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- You will partner with product management and engineering teams to craft clear narratives around our platform ecosystem.
- You will manage the growth funnel by combining account-based marketing, paid media, content marketing, and industry events to drive enterprise leads.
- You will collaborate with sales, general managers, finance, and strategic planning teams to align marketing spend with corporate P&L objectives.
- You will utilize data analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators, return on investment, conversion rates, and competitive market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. An MBA degree is preferred.
- You need a minimum of eight to ten years of marketing experience, including at least four years in a senior leadership or people management role within enterprise technology.
- A solid understanding of the artificial intelligence ecosystem, machine learning, generative AI, and data annotation is required.
- You must have a proven track record of designing and scaling multi-channel enterprise demand generation programs and account-based marketing strategies.
- Candidates need a strong analytical framework with experience in data-driven decision-making, performance marketing tools, and customer relationship management systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required to turn complex technical infrastructure into compelling executive narratives.
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: 250,000 USD to 320,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Compensation: This position includes an annual performance-based bonus and standard stock options or restricted stock units.
