SUMMARY OF JOB:
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to online inquiries via phone, text, email, and personalized video.
- CRM Usage: Track customer interactions and sales metrics utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tool (CDK/Elead).
- Consultative Sales: Build rapport, identify customer needs, and assist buyer’s from initial contact to delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Tech Savviness: Strong proficiency with digital platforms, CRM software, and communication tools.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities and follow up with leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build trust digitally.
