Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, including insects, rodents, and other pests.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, lawn care practices, and landscaping tips to promote long-term solutions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on inspection findings and customer needs, explaining procedures clearly and transparently.
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Assist customers with product recommendations related to pest control, lawn care, farming, or agriculture supplies.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up visits, and excellent service delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery or other equipment used in pest management or outdoor maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating company vehicles safely.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to customer service and sales.
- Willingness to learn technical procedures related to pest control treatments and environmental safety regulations.
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to grow both technically and in sales performance.
