We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to support our team and assist with the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and helping a fast-paced company operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with service, installation, and office teams
- Assist with vendor communications and administrative projects
- Update and maintain information in company software systems and databases
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Organize procedures and operational documentation
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, office, or operations experience preferred
- Experience in the security, fire alarm, low-voltage, construction, or service industries is strongly preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

Experience
- Administrative or Operations Support: 3 years preferred
- Microsoft Office: 3 years preferred
- Security, Fire Alarm, Construction, or Service Industry Experience
