## Job Description
Premier Tire & Auto Care is looking for a motivated, client-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people , building relationships, helping drive sales, and learning the automotive repair business . Automotive experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person with strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
This position also offers a growth opportunity for a high-performing member to advance into a future general Manager role.
## Responsibilities
* Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer incoming calls, respond to client questions, and schedule appointments
* Prepare repair estimates and clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance
* Follow up with clients on estimates, appointments, maintenance needs, and service recommendations
* Build client trust and help them make informed decisions without high-pressure sales tactics
* Coordinate work schedules and client needs with technicians
* Assist with parts ordering, supplier communication, and parts availability
* Create invoices, process payments, and use the shop’s computer and point-of-sale systems
* Keep client informed throughout the repair process
* Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
* Help maintain organized front-office operations and a positive client experience
* Learn shop operations and demonstrate leadership qualities for future advancement into management
## Requirements
* Strong client service, communication, and sales skills
* Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
* Ability to use a computer, point-of-sale system, and basic office software
* Valid driver’s license required
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Automotive, service advisor, repair shop, or sales experience is preferred but not required
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Willingness to learn automotive services, repairs, maintenance recommendations, and shop operations
* Leadership potential and interest in long-term career growth

Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
