We're hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our fast growing team at Cypher Sports Rehab and Performance . This is one of the most important roles at Cypher. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, both on the phone and when they walk through our doors. We're looking for an outgoing, empathetic person with strong communication skills. Experience in health, fitness, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
About Cypher Sports Rehab and Performance
Founded in 2024 in Boca Raton, FL, Cypher is a cash pay, performance physical therapy practice delivering high end, individualized treatment to active adults and athletes. Our patients are high performing individuals who expect a personalized experience from the moment they call, through their time in the clinic, and beyond.
This role is responsible for guiding new patients through their journey with us, helping them feel comfortable choosing our team, supporting their needs throughout treatment, and maintaining the relationship even after they complete care.
We're different from the typical healthcare office focused on volume and generic treatment. We place a heavy emphasis on relationships. Our physical therapists provide 60 minutes of 1:1 care with the ability to truly listen and accommodate each patient. You'll be an extension of that same standard.
What You'll Do
- Answer all phone calls, providing relevant information about Cypher with the goal of scheduling a Discovery Call
- Greet patients warmly when they arrive, remembering names, faces, and personal details that make them feel known
- Manage lead nurturing sequences in our CRM, including outreach calls to prospective patients
- Coordinate PT schedules: booking follow ups, handling cancellations and reschedules, and managing the waitlist
- Support social media efforts, including filming and editing content and responding to DMs
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, or hospitality
- Strong communication and social skills; you read a room and connect quickly
- Maturity, organization, and follow through
- A self starter who doesn't need to be managed closely
- Comfort with (or interest in) social media content creation
- An active, healthy lifestyle that aligns with our performance focused brand
