Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Weekend availability is required and is a non-negotiable part of this position
- A valid alcohol server license is required. If you do not currently have one, we are willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining it.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- Previous serving experience is welcome, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.

responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service and food handling in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
