Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
Support the senior brokers in initiating new business relationships and taking initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.)
Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare available property summary books and create new business presentations.
Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation and documentation.
Accompanies prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, purchase price and terms.
Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material.
Prepares real estate contracts such as deeds and leases including contract negotiations and due diligence.
Make money for yourself and the firm.
1-2 + years of work experience in sales, finance or commercial real estate.
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate, and excellent academic credentials required.
Preferred previous experience in corporate real estate, consulting or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a must.
Illinois real estate license required.
Strong business development background.
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
