Overview
Seeking a strong Christian educator with a love for education and ministry. We follow MA Frameworks, have a comprehensive curriculum for easy planning, classroom sizes cap at 10-12 students. Proficiency in core subjects including literacy, math, science, and social studies.
Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Deliver engaging instruction
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to create a safe and inclusive environment.
- Assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments
- Incorporate learning technology to enhance instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Classroom experience
- Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong communication skills for engaging students, colleagues, and partnering with parents
- Ability to proofread student work for accuracy and clarity
Pay: $23,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
