What You'll Do
✅ Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional experience by phone and in person
✅ Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure patients receive timely care
✅ Answer questions and resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
✅ Maintain accurate patient information in our electronic medical records (EMR) system
✅ Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver outstanding patient service
✅ Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards
What We're Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔ Customer service, reception, or call center experience (healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people
✔ Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems is a plus
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
