Base Salary: $90,000 with a discretionary bonus up to $10,000 based on company performance.

Your Impact:
As our RN/Director/Client Service Coordinator, you will work directly with ownership to establish and grow our agency throughout Washington, DC. You will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client care, ensuring compliance with DC regulations, supporting our caregivers, and helping build one of the premier non-medical home care agencies in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a driving force in obtaining our Washington DC Home Support Agency License!
- Serve as the liaison between DC regulatory agencies, ownership, staff, and clients.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of caregivers to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Manage caregiver scheduling and client assessments in homes or assisted living facilities.
- Represent AMADA Senior Care DC at networking events and community activities.

- Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in office management or administration in a health-related setting is a plus.
- Tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant applications).
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Current and Valid DC RN License.
- One year of experience as a licensed RN.
- Experience in an in-home care setting in various roles preferred.
