Your Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and employees needing technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve internet, software, hardware, and service-related issues.
- Document technical inquiries, resolutions, and best practices while helping maintain and improve internal knowledge base resources.
- Work closely with our Call Center and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, professional, and effective support.
- Support Field Service Technicians with troubleshooting, service activations, ticket management, and other technical needs in the field.
- Gain hands-on experience with telecommunications technology while helping keep customers connected.
Schedule & Pay
- In office position, NO remote opportunity.
- 90 day training schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Official schedule after training period: Monday through Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Starting pay: $19/hour, paid bi-weekly

Experience/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
- Knowledge of computer management and desktop support.
- Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.
Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements that include a drug test. We are a dog friendly work environment!
