Personal Lines - Account Manager
4-Day work week - 2 days in office and 2 days from home after onboarding
Full-time position with a fun and fast growing independent insurance agency in White Bear Lake. Commission potential for new accounts and cross-selling.
Primary responsibilities include:
*Educating and advising clients regarding insurance needs
*Assisting clients with billing and policy changes
*Providing outstanding customer service through proactive renewal calls
*Documenting all client and company exchanges
*Partnering with producers on new client opportunities
*Prepare comprehensive client proposals
Required Skills
*Licensed in property/casualty
*Experience working at an independent agency
*Ability to analyze insurance policies and provide custom tailored solutions
*Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as a valued team member, self manage, and put the client first
*Knowledge of the Hawksoft management system is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
