Location: North Scottsdale
We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and flexible nanny/family assistant to help care for our 6-year-old twins (one boy and one girl). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children while also helping keep a busy household running smoothly.
Schedule
- 4–5 days per week
- Approximately 30–50 hours per week
- Schedule varies based on family needs
- Must be available for a mix of weekdays and occasional weekends
- Some overnight stays required when parents travel for work
- Immediate start preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, engaging care for two active 6-year-old twins
- Safely transport children to and from activities, including soccer, gymnastics, golf, and other events
- Assist with children's routines and help create a positive, organized environment
- Household support, including light cleaning, organization, laundry, and running errands
- Help keep the home organized and functioning efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old (preferred)
- Previous nanny or childcare experience required
- Clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule and occasional overnight care
- Organized, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed
Compensation
- Starting at $18/hour, with salary options available for the right candidate, depending on experience

Position Outlook
This role is available immediately. As the children return to school in the fall and winter, the position is expected to continue with adjusted or reduced hours while remaining a long-term opportunity for the right person.
