Brown Sugar Cafe is a farm-to-table brunch restaurant in Warren, NJ, looking for a hard-working server to join our team.
We’re a close, team-first floor — servers share tables, lend a hand, and back each other up all shift long. It genuinely feels like a family here. When it’s slow, we laugh and enjoy each other’s company. When it’s slammed, we lock in and move.

The pace:
Weekends (and sometimes weekdays too) get intense. Brunch service is fast, tables turn quickly, and you’ll need to multitask, prioritize, and stay sharp when the floor is at full capacity. Serving experience is preferred but not required — attitude and work ethic matter more to us.
What you’ll do:
∙ Greet and serve guests with warmth and efficiency
∙ Take orders, run food and drinks, and check in multiple tables at once
∙ Communicate clearly with the kitchen and barista
∙ Help bus, set the tables, and support teammates wherever needed
Pay & Benefits:
∙ Starting hourly pay $16/hour and up, based on experience — we recognize and reward skill and work ethic
