Responsibilities

- Take accurate orders, relay them clearly to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized area and support cleanliness standards in both FOH and BOH spaces
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies to keep operations running smoothly
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and address any guest needs promptly
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and positively
- Support back-of-house tasks such as food prep assistance or dishwashing as needed during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with team members and guests
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities throughout shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in restaurant operations
