<Responsibilities
- Driving individuals into the community for activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Driving individuals to appointment and activities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families
- Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training are advantageous
- Experience in home health or long-term care settings demonstrates readiness for this role
