Lacuna Autism Services is growing quickly in Texas, now with four thriving clinics serving the San Antonio community! We’re on a mission to provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 0–12, with a focus on early intervention.
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Operations Manager to lead our North San Antonio clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, support a strong clinical team, and contribute to the success of a well-established clinic.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational success of the North San Antonio clinic
- Manage business, financial, and administrative functions
- Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to align operations with strategic goals
- Create and refine systems that support high-quality services and sustainable growth
- Communicate clearly across teams and resolve challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
- Report directly to the Regional Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Energetic, mission-driven approach
- Strong professionalism and ability to set the tone for team culture
- Teachable and motivated—willing to learn and grow
- Passion for supporting children and clinical teams
- Valid driver’s license
