Capstone at Covington Place, LP has received federal funding for the development of a multifamily residential community in Covington, LA. Milton J. Womack will serve as General Contractor. This HUD-funded project is subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended (12 U.S.C. §1701u). Notice is given to subcontractors, Section 3 business concerns, and Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises of potential employment and contracting opportunities.
