As the brand ambassador, the cafe shift lead is accountable for managing the cafe and fostering a team that provides exceptional hospitality to customers. The ideal candidate should embody the brand's culture and values while achieving goals in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Servsafe® Certification preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS & EXPECTATIONS
- The Schedule: Expect a dynamic 35-50 hour work week, tailored to the needs of the cafe.
- Flexibility: Shifts will include a mix of early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll also spearhead critical opening and closing responsibilities.
- Live the Brand: Lead and inspire Crew Members by bringing our core values to life in every shift and interaction.
- Cafe Appearance: Properly represent the brand by complying with standard uniform and personal hygiene policies every day.
- The Atmosphere: Enjoy a fun, fast-paced, and upbeat environment. Bonus: absolutely no grease or fryers!
