Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, CSW, CMHC, or ACMHC)

We are specifically seeking a clinician who feels comfortable working with our growing adult women caseload.
Job Summary
The Mental Health Therapist provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to adults families. This clinician will complete mental health assessments, develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, complete timely HIPAA compliant clinical documentation, and collaborate with clients to help them achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual or family therapy services.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
- Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with state licensing regulations and professional codes of ethics.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals when appropriate.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision (if applicable), and team meetings.
- Maintain an active caseload while providing exceptional client care.
- Complete documentation and administrative responsibilities within established timelines.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture.
Preferred Clinical Interests
While not required, we are especially interested in clinicians who have trauma training such as EMDR or ART and clinicians who enjoy working with one or more of the following:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Attachment and relationship concerns
- Parenting and family systems
- Women throughout various life stages
- Anxiety and depression
- Grief and loss
- Child and adolescent behavioral concerns
- Emotional regulation and coping skills
- attachment-based interventions and other trauma-informed modalities
Qualifications
- Current Utah license as an LCSW or CMHC, or associate licensure as a CSW or ACMHC in good standing.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
