Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager and will be responsible for:
Assisting with leasing and apartment move-ins
Conducting apartment tours and converting prospects into residents
Marketing the community through online platforms, outreach, and resident referrals
Managing rent collections and following company collection policies
Providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Promoting resident satisfaction and resident retention
Assisting with lease renewals and occupancy goals
Answering phones, emails, and resident inquiries professionally
Maintaining accurate resident files and leasing documentation
Supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience
Previous apartment leasing or property management experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and email
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
