We specialize in relationship dynamics, family systems, LGBTQ+ support, and trauma recovery. Our work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman interventions, and EMDR. We are seeking an Associate licensed clinician who is passionate about systemic work and ready to manage a robust clinical caseload with autonomy.
The Role
The Associate Counselor/Therapist will provide high-quality, culturally competent psychotherapy. This role is designed for a practitioner who excels in relational work and seeks a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level individual, couples, and family counseling within a systemic framework.
- Maintain a consistent caseload with a schedule that meets client needs (Practice hours: Mon-Fri 9 am-9 pm, Sat 1 pm-6 pm).
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Texas State Board (BHEC) and ethical guidelines.
- Contribute to the clinical culture through peer consultation and team meetings.
- Uphold a commitment to trauma-informed care and ongoing professional mastery.
Required Credentials & Qualifications
- Full, unrestricted license in the state of Texas (A-LPC, A-LMFT, or A-LCSW).
- Proven experience in handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPPA compliance.
- Must reside in Texas and be able to commute between Helotes and Boerne offices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Training: specific certification or significant coursework in EFT, Gottman, EMDR, or Narrative Therapy.
- Niche Expertise: Demonstrated success working with complex family systems or high-conflict couples.
- Cultural Humility: Deep experience serving the LGBTQ+ community and diverse communities.
- Self-Sufficient: Proficiency in EHR systems and modern practice management tech.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: Competitive pay structure (Commensurate with experience; typically $35 per session).
- Contract type: W-2 Emplyee.
