An established firm based in Lancaster with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with workers' compensation litigation defense, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in hearings, mediations, and advisory matters.

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000, + contingent on experience

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in PA.
The candidate must have at least three years of workers' compensation litigation experience.
The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software. The candidate must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
The attorney will conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
The attorney will draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
The attorney will represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and maintain billable hours as necessary.
The attorney will manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision and assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when necessary.
