EDUCATION
Minimum: Graduation from an accredited program of Radiologic Technology, ARRT.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
- Indiana State Department of Health Diagnostic X-ray machine operator's certificate
- Registered by the American Registry of American Radiologic Technologist, ARRT
- CPR
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Graduate of accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
