- Minimum of 2 years of stone fabrication experience required.
- Experience working with quartz, porcelain, quartzite, marble, granite, and natural stone.
- Proficiency in mitering, polishing, shaping, laminating, and countertop assembly.
- Experience with epoxy work, color matching, seam finishing, and vein matching.
- Ability to accurately read shop drawings and fabrication specifications.
- Knowledge of proper slab handling and safe operation of fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom countertops, vanities, fireplaces, wall panels, and other stone products.
- Cut, shape, polish, laminate, and finish stone surfaces according to project specifications.
- Complete mitered edges, waterfall panels, backsplashes, and specialty fabrication details.
- Perform epoxy work, seam preparation, color matching, and vein matching.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards before installation.
- Assist with slab movement, loading, unloading, and material preparation.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with occasional field installations and final adjustments when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and best practices for handling natural and engineered stone.
