Purpose of Position
The purpose of this role is to support CEO Contractor with calling qualified leads and then booking them on sales calls.
This position requires someone who is confident, personable, organized, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while following established processes and communicating clearly with both prospective clients and the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting qualified leads, engaging prospects, overcoming initial objections, and scheduling sales appointments for our team. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent sales pipeline by ensuring leads are contacted professionally, followed up promptly, and successfully booked for sales calls.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Outbound Lead Outreach
- Contact qualified leads via phone using provided scripts and processes.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and identify their level of interest.
- Handle common questions and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and consultative approach on every call.
Appointment Setting & CRM Management
- Schedule qualified prospects for sales calls with the sales team.
- Accurately update the CRM with call notes, appointment details, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all appointments are confirmed and properly recorded.
Performance & Communication
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Follow established sales processes and communication standards.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and common customer objections.
- Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive customer experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
