Building Blocks Developmental Preschool is an early childhood setting providing preschool education to general education and special education students.
Building Blocks is seeking a BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team of educators and therapists. The BCBA will provide behavioral support and training to families, staff, as well as develop and implement behavior plans for students in need of individualized supports within the classroom. The BCBA will be an active member of the crisis response team for children who may be demonstrating challenging behaviors and in need of immediate support.
As BCBA, one must demonstrate:
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge in taking and analyzing data to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- A strong ability to create resources, model supports and routinely consult with members of the team.* Candidates must have a master's degree in a related field and up to date BCBA certification. *
Pay: $70.00 per hour
