Vital Health is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Youth Driver to support adolescents in our behavioral health and substance use programs. This role combines safe transportation, structured group support, and positive youth engagement in a trauma-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport youth to/from programming, appointments, and outings

Complete vehicle safety checks and transportation logs

Monitor youth during groups, transitions, and activities

Reinforce structure, expectations, and appropriate boundaries

Support life skills, positive behavior, and youth development

Observe and report safety or clinical concerns

Assist with maintaining safe, organized youth spaces
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year experience working with youth or adolescents

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to manage behavior calmly and professionally

Strong communication skills

Willingness to work with youth with mental health/SUD diagnoses
Preferred:

Behavioral health, education, or youth services experience

CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of trauma-informed care
