In this role, you'll help ensure donor safety while supporting the collection of plasma that becomes life-saving therapies for patients worldwide.

What You'll Do:
As a Medical Support Specialist (RN), you will play a critical role in maintaining donor safety and supporting plasma center operations by:
- Performing donor eligibility assessments and health screenings
- Conducting medical history reviews and physical evaluations
- Reviewing laboratory and test results
- Managing donor reactions and medical incidents
- Responding to medical emergencies and implementing physician standing orders
- Educating donors regarding eligibility requirements and test results
- Supporting employee health initiatives, including vaccination programs
- Collaborating with Center Physicians, Medical Affairs, and leadership teams
- Promoting safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout the center
QualificationsRequired:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or eligible state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Basic IV therapy qualification as required by state regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting
