The Platte County, MO Sheriff’s Office is currently hiring for the position of Correctional Officer. The Platte County Sheriff’s Office is committed to the highest level of employee standards. Applicants must successfully complete a series of written examinations and undergo a thorough pre-employment background investigation, including a Computer Voice Stress Analysis examination. Applicants must also submit to and successfully complete a medical examination and drug screening examination. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have at a minimum a High School Diploma or GED.
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES:
The Platte County Sheriff’s Office offers a starting annual base salary of $47,624 with excellent benefits:
