Living Well Homes is currently looking for an experienced, full time apartment Property Manager to oversee one of our beautiful properties in Greensboro. We are looking for a highly motivated, polished individual with proven success in managing multiple properties as well as renovation experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of Property Management experience (required)
- Renovation experience (required)
- Experience managing multiple properties (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enhanced negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, direct and support a team of employees including Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, and a Maintenance Team.
- Advertise units and negotiate lease terms
- Perform tenant screenings
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Supervisor
