Licensed Clinician – Trauma-Informed Care (Bilingual Spanish/English Required)
Price Professional Counseling, LLC
About Us
Price Professional Counseling, LLC is a private practice providing individual psychotherapy and psychiatric evaluation services, with particular expertise in trauma-focused care for survivors of motor vehicle accidents and other traumatic injuries. Our clinical work includes both ongoing therapeutic treatment and formal evaluation reporting in connection with Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims.
Position Summary
We are seeking a fully licensed, bi-lingual (English and Spanish) mental health clinician to join our growing practice as an independent contractor.
The ideal candidate has a strong trauma-informed clinical background and is comfortable working with clients presenting with PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, anxiety, and depressive symptoms stemming from motor vehicle accidents and related traumatic injuries.
Referrals come much more frequently than a traditional private practice. Because PIP often pays weeks or months post-session (sometimes not at all in which case a Letter Of Protection with the client's attorney is required), the rate is $95/session, factoring in the predictable and regular loss the Practice takes working with PIP. However, clinicians will be paid every two weeks for their work, regardless of outstanding payments to the Practice. Growth opportunities and bonuses are to be expected.
Requirements
- Full, active clinical license in good standing — LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-C, or equivalent (no associate, provisional, or supervision-track licenses)
- Demonstrated trauma-informed treatment experience (e.g., trauma-focused CBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, or comparable modalities)
- Experience working with MVA/accident-related trauma, PTSD, or PIP-related clinical populations strongly preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to a caseload of clients, including trauma survivors of motor vehicle accidents
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (session notes, treatment plans, evaluation reports) - within 24 hours of session times.
- Collaborate with practice leadership on case consultation as needed
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma-specific certifications
- Experience with PIP insurance documentation and claims-related evaluation reporting
- Familiarity with SimplePractice
What We Offer
- Flexible scheduling - as much or as little as you'd like!
- Fully remote
- A supportive, clinically rigorous practice environment
- Opportunity to specialize in a growing trauma/PIP-focused caseload
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a resume, copy of current license, and a brief cover letter describing their trauma-informed clinical background and Spanish-language fluency to Price Professional Counseling, LLC.
