As a Partner Success Manager at Wazuh, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with our channel partners, including Managed Service Providers, Resellers, and other strategic alliances. Your primary focus will be to empower partners to effectively represent and sell our solutions, driving mutual growth while ensuring alignment with Wazuh’s objectives. You will manage partner onboarding, conduct regular training sessions and collaborate with sales to support joint go-to-market initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for providing regular reporting on partner performance and engagement metrics.
- Native or proficiency-level English speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development in a SaaS, Cloud, or Security environment (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience working with Channel Partners, including Resellers, VARs, and Managed Service Providers, understanding their business models and growth drivers.
- Ability to develop and execute co-marketing and joint sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and success.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and training sessions, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
- Proven success in driving partner revenue and expanding channel relationships.
- Understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure landscapes and the ability to communicate technical concepts to partners.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to partnership management.
- Experience using CRM and partner relationship management tools, such as Salesforce or PRM software.
