JOB SUMMARY
The Creative Execution Designer is a freelance practitioner who supports PNAV's creative team across both planned initiatives and short-notice requests. This role is execution-focused rather than conceptual: the designer works within PNAV's established brand systems and approved campaign concepts, taking direction from internal creative and account leads, though it requires enough design judgment to elevate work, not just produce it.
The role centers on quick tactical execution. Project(s) can arrive with compressed timelines, and availability and responsiveness are as important as design skills. Core deliverables include PowerPoint decks, brochures, and booklets, along with campaign adaptations and other print, digital, and presentation materials. The expectation across every piece or work is that they should look unmistakably like the brand it belongs to, with no drift toward the designer's personal aesthetic.
