Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Warranty Manager to handle post-construction service and warranty work. This role involves inspecting issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring high-quality completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty service requests
- Inspect issues and determine repair scope
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors / crew
- Perform minor repairs (drywall, millwork, etc.)
- Oversee small crew (1–2 workers)
- Ensure timely and quality completion of work
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential construction experience
- Skills in:
- Drywall (Level 3–4)
- Trim / millwork
- General handyman work
- Ability to diagnose issues independently
- Experience managing small teams or subcontractors
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay: $400.00 per month
