Overview
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various framing techniques and be capable of working on a variety of projects, including new builds, remodeling, and restoration. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints accurately. Duties
- Construct and install frameworks for buildings using wood, metal studs, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment on-site.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of structures.
- Engage in masonry work as required for specific projects.
- Assist with concrete forming for foundations and other structural components.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged framing elements.
- Install siding and other exterior finishes to ensure weatherproofing and durability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in framing or a related construction field is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with various construction techniques including metal stud framing, trim carpentry, masonry, concrete forming, and siding installation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
