This is a Job Opportunity for a Server/Bartender. Must know both job.
As a Server at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience through your excellent service and attention to detail. **Duties:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take accurate food and drink orders - Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guests - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area **Requirements:** - Prior experience in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines - Excellent guest relations skills - Proficiency in basic math for order taking and bill processing - Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Knowledge of TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous - Passion for providing exceptional guest services - Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial Join our team as a Server and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and dedication will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
