Sleepare is a mattress and sleep-accessories showroom featuring top online mattress brands in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Our mission is to make mattress shopping simple, comfortable, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly as they enter the showroom
- Create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Assist with customer check-ins and appointment confirmations
- Direct guests to the appropriate sales associate or showroom area
- Answer basic questions about the store, brands, and layout
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
- Communicate guest flow and needs with the sales team
- Assist with light administrative or support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods
- Basic comfort with technology (tablets, scheduling systems, etc.)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
