Sales & Operations Manager – Home Improvement / Home Services (REQUIRED EXPERIENCE)

MUST HAVE experience managing BOTH sales teams AND field crews in home services (insulation, roofing, HVAC, pest control, or similar).
Atticare is a rapidly growing home services company specializing in attic insulation, crawlspace solutions, wildlife exclusion, and energy efficiency upgrades. We are looking for a high-level Sales & Operations Manager to lead both our revenue growth and field execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing sales performance, overseeing field operations, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, and at the highest quality.
If you can drive revenue, lead teams, and solve problems in real time, this role is for you.
This is not a 9–5 position — our business is driven by weather, production schedules, and customer demand.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership
- Oversee and manage daily field operations and installation crews
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and production standards
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics with office staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve job issues quickly in the field
- Recruit and onboard technicians and day labor when needed
- Manage warehouse inventory, materials, and equipment
- Train and develop foremen and technicians
- Step into jobs when needed to keep production moving
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth (CORE PART OF ROLE)
- Manage and hold sales team accountable to KPIs (closing %, revenue, job size, margin)
- Track performance and improve lead-to-close conversion rates
- Coach and develop sales reps to increase production and profitability
- Review estimates and ensure proper pricing and margins
- Identify missed opportunities and improve sales processes
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and ROI
- Drive monthly revenue targets and growth goals
- Build a culture of accountability and performance within the sales team
In-Field Sales Responsibilities
- Run leads and close deals when needed
- Identify upsell opportunities during job site visits
- Assist homeowners with upgrades and additional solutions
- Increase average job size through responsible recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing both sales teams and field crews in home services
- Strong background in sales leadership, KPIs, and revenue growth
- Experience in insulation, roofing, HVAC, pest control, or similar industries
- Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in both field and management roles
- Experience recruiting and managing labor (employees or subs) is a plus
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Speak spanish is a plus

Compensation
- $60,000 – $80,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus BONUSES
- Aggressive performance bonuses tied to revenue, profit, and production
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
