The First Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Operations Manager and support the day‑to‑day execution of K‑12 construction projects.

Support on‑site supervision of K‑12 projects from early works through close‑out

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities

Assist with schedule tracking, look‑ahead planning, and sequencing

Enforce site safety standards and quality control requirements

Review drawings, RFIs, and field coordination issues

Partner with project assistants and office support teams

Step into site leadership responsibilities as needed
