Job Description for Entry Level Recruiter:

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Recruiter:
- Conduct a high volume of phone calls responding to applicants, screen, interview and recommend them to our hiring managers to be considered for the opportunity
- Provide the opportunity for applicants to gain their independence and land their dream job!
- Effectively work applicant pipeline in ATS
- This is a fast paced, high activity recruiting cycle with a solid base pay and potential for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance
Must Haves:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years in a Sourcing, Recruiting, Administration or Sales Position
- Experience in an outbound call center is a plus
- Incredibly confident and strong on the phones, must be persuasive and engaging to capture someone's attention in 15 seconds (alpha personalities!)
- Must be outgoing, personable, with good energy!
- Must be coachable with dependable with a strong work ethic!
