We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and live chat, providing clear and courteous assistance
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Utilize Office management software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing to document interactions and update client records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, ensuring all customer information is current and organized
- Assist with client communication by providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate departments
- Maintain a welcoming office environment by handling clerical tasks efficiently and supporting team members as needed
Requirements
- Requires HS Diploma/GED, AA preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years’ Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and problem solve
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project Schedules, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical/ problem-solving skills, ability to make sound decisions in a time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements in the Defense & Aerospace industry such as ITAR/DFAR
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
