Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our HR Coordinator, you will support critical HR functions and foster positive employee experiences by building partnerships with Centers of Excellence and streamlining processes.
Every day you will provide comprehensive support for onboarding new employees, facilitate manager and employee self-service transactions, and meticulously ensure data integrity across various HR systems.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions, manage multiple tasks with precision, and commit to delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall employee experience.

Provides top-tier HR functional and transactional support, delivering prompt customer service and policy guidance.

Manages end-to-end new hire onboarding, including data entry into HR systems and supporting Day One orientation.

Coordinates daily HR administrative tasks for compliance, data accuracy, and assists with office initiatives like interviews and employee engagement.

Partners with HR teams and leadership to design effective programs, policies, and implement HR best practices.

Assists HR leaders in integrating organizational culture standards (mission, vision, values) into business practices.

Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to identify needs, implement programs, and improve communication for effective people management.

Pay Range
$24.88 - $38.56 /hour
