CDL Driver – The Saints of the Most High Learning Academy
Location: Milwaukee & Muskego, WI
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Starting Pay: $20. 00 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and responsible CDL Driver to safely transport children and staff between home, school, and field trip locations. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, punctuality, and professionalism while maintaining a caring attitude toward children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a daycare bus to transport children to and from school, field trips, and other approved locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT and DCF regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times
- Ensure proper child safety restraints and loading/unloading procedures are followed
- Keep accurate daily transportation logs and attendance records
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and management about transportation-related updates
- Assist with basic maintenance checks and reporting of mechanical issues
- Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and care with all children and families
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin CDL (Class B or higher) with Passenger (P) endorsement
- Clean driving record and current medical examiner’s certificate
- Previous experience driving children or school buses preferred
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and meet DCF transportation requirements
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (split shift or full-day availability preferred)
- Morning and afternoon routes, plus occasional field trips
